An eating disorder treatment center for adolescents is expanding its footprint in Conroe to now serve women after the need increased from the COVID-19 pandemic. FILE PHOTO An eating disorder treatment center for adolescents is expanding its footprint in Conroe to now serve women, following what company officials said was a growing need amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Florida-based Monte Nido & Affiliates will launch the new services in April. This will be the company's second program in Texas. The center will provide in-patient care for adult women with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder and/or exercise addiction.
