The slow-moving thunderstorms could potentially cause flooding tonight or overnight, according to the weather service. The highest flash-flood risk will be north of Interstate 10. The flood watch includes Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Houston, Madison, Polk, San Jacinto, Trinity, Walker and Washington counties. The storms cold bring between 2 inches and 4 inches of rain, with locally higher amounts, according to the weather service. The highest chances for flooding on Monday night will be north of Conroe.
